Return & Refund Policy – ND Designs

At ND Designs, all products are custom-made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we do not offer standard returns or refunds. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will review certain situations on a case-by-case basis.


No Returns or Refunds (General Policy)

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Custom apparel or design orders
  • Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Minor variations in color or design due to screen differences

Exceptions (Case-by-Case Basis)

We may offer a replacement or refund under the following circumstances:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • There was an error made by ND Designs (incorrect design, print, or item)

All exceptions are handled case-by-case at our discretion.


Reporting an Issue

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 3–5 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your name and order details
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

This helps us review and resolve your concern as quickly as possible.


Resolution Options

If your request is approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A partial or full refund
  • Store credit

The resolution will depend on the situation.


Non-Eligible Situations

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer (sizes, designs, shipping address)
  • Shipping delays or issues caused by carriers
  • Normal wear and tear after use
